You are 100% right when you said QUOTE: I advice you to read history, and also I will advice you not just to read history but read your quran properly. For tolerance, we Jews in Israel are very tolerance toward Arabs. Arabs can go to hospital same like JEWS, ARABS can travel same bus with Jews, Arabs can go to coffee/restaurant eating drinking next table to Jews. In Israel we have Arabs in the ISRAELI PARLIAMENT. Arabs can practice Islam and many mosques are in Israel. Now I really want to know, if a Jew/Christian can prey in Saudi Arabia. How many Jews in Saudi Arabia or Arab countries. Any Synagogues/Churches in Saudi Arabia? Please now tell the truth and write who are not tolerance, Jews or Islam Salam Alakom Min Israil Shalom from Israel

jrebecca ,   modiin   (07.05.13)
The Saudis are laughing at the Americans, as are most of the less liberal world. As for the liberal world, they're too busy dealing with their 3rd world problems to laugh.
9. Salameh @ 2
Tarbouche ,   Aswan   (07.05.13)
Your problems were created by your Arab bretheren. They used you for their political ends and refuse to help you Here are a few facts. Islam conquered land of the Jews between Jordan River and the Mediterranian in the 7th Century.. That land was reconquered by Israel in 1967 . Whose land is it? Islamic countries ethnically cleansed almost a million Jews out of Arab "so called "Lands from 1948 , where these Jews Lived for thousands of years before Islam . Abraham lived in Iraq 4000 years ago. Are you shameless ; So long as you do not see truth, you will never be a people at peace. Think what lousy life you are condemned to live
10. Israel
Justjams ,   Jerusalem   (07.05.13)
I am a Palestinian and I have many Jewish friends. Both Israelis and palestinians are very tolerant of each other :( from what i see on a daily basis) they work together , eat together shop together live together. a minority on each side is incharge of all the trouble.

I hate to disappoint you but I've read history for many years and still I CAN'T FIND THE COUNTRY OF PALESTINE EXCEPT IN YOUR MIND.
12. #10 Tolerance
Dee ,   East Jerusalem   (07.05.13)
I am Palestinian and all my Palestinian friends are tolerant towards Israelis. I always laugh when i see Israeli propaganda saying we want their destruction, its just lies to perpetuate the hostility they feel towards us. Peace
13. Palestine? Occupied Israel!
Dee Bee ,   Israel   (07.05.13)
If they want a "state" then let them stop killing, come to an agreement with Israel and start working to build their country instead of destroying what ever they touch!
14. As a Ramallah Resident E Mailed to me recently
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (07.05.13)
'We have to be focused on our self interest first' 'It IS in OUR economic and security interests to have open and constructive engagement with Israel on all matters including that of Statehood' 'I tell you that HAD we had an open and constructive engagement 10 years ago we would already have a State and our GDP would be 15 TIMES what it is now' 'Economically speaking with a large and successful market and economy on our doorstep it would serve OUR interests as well as Israels for example in using Palestinian Contacts, our ability to communicate in Hebrew English and Arabic to act as a Conduit for Trade between Israel and the Arab World' 'Instead by letting ourselves be influenced by others who have different agendas we had lost control of our destiny and we need to get that control back' 'What we have to show to Palestinians and Israelis that it IS POLITICALLY CORRECT to engage cooperate and be friends'

So the arms caches, the riots, the stone throwing, the slitting the throats of a sleeping family of five --- are those all figments of our imagination?
17. To Salameh, Gaza, Palestine.
David Clarke ,   Liverpool, England   (07.05.13)
I have to apologise for some people on here, many of them are regular commentators here who have got nothing better to do in their miserable hate filled lives than emerge from their prehistoric hate caves from time to time to spread their racist anti-Arab and anti-Muslim bile on Ynet, usually motivated by extreme right wing nationalism or messianic religious fundamentalism, there's no point trying to have a rational and polite conversation with them, they've got nothing of any intellectual worth to say to you about the basis of the articles in question and disagreeing with them usually merits a racial slur on your place of origin or a childish insult, they also like pretending that Palestinians and the occupied embryonic Palestinian state, recognised by the UN and over 150 sovereign states, doesen't exist, but love claiming that their fantasy land of "Judea and Samaria", recognised by no one, does, and they love refusing to accept basic precepts for peace like tolerance, mutual recognition, a two state solution, and coexistence. Please do not think that all Jewish people think like they do there are many who firmly believe in a two-state solution and wish to see the occupation ended and believe that passports bearing the name State of Palestine should be accepted in every country, including Israel and that mutual recognition between Israel and Palestine is neccersary for coexistence. Salaam, Shalom.
18. # 2 we will never leave
Miriam ,   Miami, USA   (07.05.13)
This article is about someone who is trying to leave. If you do not intend to leave then what do you need a passport or a visa.
19. 17 David

anybody there. Just say you don't have a "Passport and you are an Islamic Terrorist who hates Israel". You will be welcomed
21. UN Did *NOT* Recognize Arab State
emanon ,   USA   (07.05.13)
The UN *DID* give observer status to an arab group. Big difference: observer status does "NOT* imply a recognition of a country, only that they may observe UN proceedings normally closed to the public.
22. 12 Dee
alsky ,   Toronto   (07.05.13)
you need to learn how to read. Start with the Charter of your Beloved Hamas. Thanks for the laugh.
23. #17 The only person you have to apologise to
A ,   Belgium   (07.05.13)
is the ignoramus staring back at you in the mirror. Have you ever even been to Israel, or are you just another political commentator who knows it all from behind a computer screen.
24. Salmeh your looking for your enemies in the wrong place
zionist forever   (07.05.13)
The Arabian Peninsula is where the arabs originated, thats their land and the concept of a palestinian people was created by the PLO in 1964. Until 1948 a palestinian was anybody born in British mandate Palestine and even then they didn't class themselves as palestinians they were the Jews or arabs living in Palestine. The name Palestine itself is the english translation o the Latin Philistina which is what the Romans renamed the Kingdom of Judea after the Jewish revolts. Philistina came from the infamous Philistines who were neither arab or locals. Your greatest enemies though are your fellow arabs not Israel. Saudi law says that anybody is allowed to request the right to immigrate to Saudi Arabia but the only exception of palestinians. The pope could request Saudi citizenship and to live there and he would be considered but a muslim who is palestinian is not allowed. The right of return idea did not come from the streets it came from the Arab League who passed a law banning any arab state to give the refugees and their descendants citizenship. They wanted to create a demographic weapon to one day use against Israel, since then its developed into some kind of sacred right but it was the Arab League that created the idea. When Abbas comes with his begging bowl saying I cannot afford to pay my employees this month I need money. Who are the first ones to get out their credit cards, the western countries with financial difficulties right now or the Gulf arabs who promise billions? Your real enemies are your own kind.
25. To A, Belgium.
David Clarke ,   Liverpool, England   (07.05.13)
I've been to Israel and the middle east many times actually, Including the Palestinian Authority, and have been shown love and hospitality by Arabs, Palestinian Arabs and Jews, the vast majority of whom are decent human beings who want peace and a two-state solution. After my experiences I just didn't feel the need to become a radical Xenophobic racist hater of my fellow human beings who spends his time spewing racist bile and childish insults from his keyboard, like yourself, who routinely shows who the true ignorameous is on a regular basis.
26. #25 they are simply true believers very
On the Balcony ,   Akko/NY/Kyiv   (07.05.13)
similar to fundamentalist Islamists in their inability to reason or tolerate legitimate dissent and disagreement. If they were ever to yield real power in Israel, would cease to be homeland for the Jewish people. Fortunately, the majority of Israelis are as fed up with their' extremism and self-righteousness as they are with that of the Haridi. A two state solution is on the horizon. It is the only moral, legal and pragmatic solution to the current situation.
27. I know what Arabs want
Israeli 2   (07.05.13)
Once it happens, it would be better for Israel as well. They want to see us strong and united under one Torah fearing leader. Only then will they love, fear and respect Israel. Not until then.
28. #25 Well Mr. Clarke
A ,   Belgium   (07.05.13)
until you have had a rock thrown through your car window and your tires punctured by bent nails called "ninjas", until you have met a family who lost their pregnant mother and siblings because they burned to death from a molotov cocktail thrown into their car ..read it good, schmuk...BURNED TO DEATH, until you have seen your own neighbors young son lay in a coma for 10 days after being hit in the head by a rock., until you have seen and heard Scud rockets falling on Tel Aviv...as clearly as a "palestinian" terrorist could hear them after shooting his own rockets, until you have experienced THOSE things, don't you DARE criticise me! Amazing how the same city that gave the world The Beatles could give the world a pice of sh*t like yourself!
29. #28 All the more reason to leave the

occupied territories. Why do you think we pulled out of Gaza? For peace? Nonsense. We left because we knew that Hamas was on the rise and we could not effectively protect both ourselves and the settlers. The majority of the blood shed in Israel during the last intifada rests squarely on the heads of those who support the illegal and immoral settlement policies. Come home, we cannot afford to kill and die for you anymore. If you think that your death or the death of our soldiers is preferable to leaving Judea and Samaria, then you are no longer a Jew. Choose life that you may live. Come home, so we can all live.
30. Rply #28 Well, A. Belgium, all the more reason
On the Balcony ,   Akko/NY/Kyiv   (07.06.13)
for you to come home. I too have seen horror and it is with pain in my heart that I write that the majority of the responsibility for the blood spilled in the last intifada and in the occupied territories today, rests squarely on the heads of those who support the settlement policies –on people like you. You are my family but if you believe that settling Judea and Samaria is more important than my life, your life or the lives of others who have no choice but to defend you, then you have ceased to be a Jew. As you sow, so shall you reap. We cannot afford to let ourselves and our children keep bleeding for you. We cannot afford to continue letting you turn the land of milk and honey into a land of blood and bile. You have seen the blood, we see the bile in your comments. Enough. Choose life that you may live. Choose life and come home. Choose life so that we may all live. Judea and Samaria will still be there when the time comes.
