morsi maybe was elected(fairly?) but so was hitler who happen to have alot in common with morsi. just because someone is elected doesn't mean to become dictator and above the law.

You should read "Seven Days in May." It addresses your question. But, for the record, when the United States Supreme Court ruled that then-President Richard Nixon had to turn over certain tapes, and their was some concern about what Nixon would do, the United States military was alerted that they could not legally obey an order issued by Nixon as commander-in-chief. So -- yes, of course it could happen.
