I think politics are politics and everybody does what suits them in specific circumstances. I always thought the US was a good friend of Israel as long as it didn't interfere with the American agenda but since Obama got in the White House- well I don't trust him very much mainly because he's always expecting Israel to do stuff but never making demands on the PA. As far as this article, mostly I am concerned how it will be interpreted by the average Joe on the street. I try my best to explain and educate the Americans about the situation in the Mid East, that things aren't always what they seem, etc. As for trusting China, as for trusting any country- what is true today may not hold water tomorrow. Israel always has to be on her toes.

War on terror is being fought daily by Israel. Obama needs to be slapped across the mouth by friends sometimes. Let us say this was one of those times.
