1. Palestinian products will soon flood European markets
Lynx ,   Palestine   (07.22.13)
While those produced in the illegal settlements will collect dust and rot in some warehouse. See, international law does not discriminate. Settlers, you are royally f**d. Nobody wants to deal with you. Even fellow Jews. Better start packing!
2. Dutch will have to put their fingers
BEN JABO (MACHAL) ,   ISRAEL   (07.22.13)
in the Dike, to employ all the Arabs that will be put out of work because of their boycott
3. Netherlands banning goods from settlements
Harold ,   USA   (07.22.13)
This is just a tip of an iceberg. More sanctions are coming unless Israel goes back to its 1949 borders recognized by the United Nations.
4. Lynx #1
Jordan Ariel ,   USA   (07.22.13)
I didnt know there was such a market for explosive belts in the European markets...
5. Palestinian products
Baruch ,   Israel   (07.22.13)
Would you care to state the names of your non-existent products?
6. Mcdonalds and retailers
Robert ,   Amsterdam   (07.22.13)
If even the Israeli franchise of McDonalds does not want to do business in the west bank settlements, you can hardly expect from foreign companies to do so. Comments of the Israeli Foreign Ministry are ridiculous and are only a direct proof that the Israeli government is living in denial. Doing business or not, with companies in the settlements have NONE is related to how the Israeli government handles the settlement issue. It is because of the attitude of the Israeli government this problem is appearing and will only become bigger if no immediate action is taken. And you can talk as much as you want about boycotting Europe/The Netherlands, blablabla, this kind of rhetoric is just a denial of a problem that all of you are aware of. And what should you one do when there is a problem, fix it ... not by lying/lobbying/etc ... but real deeds, please for once get done with. I call on the MK's, stop hiding behind silly excuses and act, be responsible for the state of Israel, be responsible for the people of Israel and think further than the problems of today.
7. Bad news
Jarda ,   Czech Republic   (07.22.13)
Do you notice that the number of "bad news" (of course bad for israel, good for the rest of the world) have increased really significantly.

Baruch ,   Israel   (07.22.13)
You must have written your post in the dark. Go outside and see the disaster facing you with your 'welcome' immigrants.
9. The writing on the wall
Michael ,   Haifa   (07.22.13)
The letters are growing larger month by month and the sooner myopic Israelis can read them, they may even be able to understand the message before the damage sets in.
10. Now, more Arabs in ISrael will remain unemployed
What a brilliant act   (07.22.13)
Europe is getting more and more Islamic and they have no other worries except a few tomatoes from Israel - that is sooooo PATHETIC!!!
11. # 1 Very bad news for the palestinians
Lioness ,   Israel   (07.22.13)
They are all going to lose their jobs in Judea & Shomron if nobody buys Israeli products from there because they wil be the first workers to be let off!!!!
12. I will boycott ALDI from today
y-man ,   budapest   (07.22.13)
The EU is a morally bankrupt organization. They tolerated the introduction of a fascist regime in Hungary, but they worry about Jews living and producing in the West Bank. Is there a similar EU ban on Armenia (Karabakh) or Turkey (Cyprus)? Of course not.
13. Others will follow - Thanks ,...
split ,   US   (07.22.13)
14. #7 Jarda: Bad news? Yes, for Palestinians!
Dee Bee ,   Israel   (07.22.13)
Just remember in your Israel hating way that a boycott of Israeli products from the "territories" means a boycott of the Palestinian workers whose jobs will become non-existent! So, I hope tha the EU will be prepared to finance the Palestinians unemployment funds with your taxes or even bring the jobless Palestinians to Europe so they can take the jobs of the other citizens of the EU including yours. Boycotts are a two edged sword!
15. Aldi boycott
Ralph ,   Rishon   (07.22.13)
I hope that this information is sent to British Jewry so that they can start their own boycott of Aldi supermarkets. That Dutch branch of the international chain must learn that actions bring about reactions.
16. A bit prememptive wouldnt you say?
Tim ,   Brighton   (07.22.13)
Coming just a day after announcement of Talks this looks suspiciously like a cynical political ploy designed to put pressure on Israel? Ridiculous and pathetic and it wont work S
17. 1. Palestinian products will soon flood European markets
A ,   Belgium   (07.22.13)
They already are, you can find them in the aisles marked "bullsh*t".
18. i am just wondering if
(07.22.13)
these dutch chains have insisted that TURKEY, WHO OCCUPIES NORTHERN CYPRUS ILLEGALLY AND NONE IN THE UN BODY RECOGNIZE THIS OCCUPATION SINCE 1974, will ban products from northern cyprus or insist turkey label products it sells across the world and to the dutch, as coming from northern cyprus. europe, the bed of jewish graves for centuries, their perfidy and their hate and hypocrisy.
19. I will not buy from Holland
Ron ,   oc us   (07.22.13)
I will not buy from Holland, there goes that shaver. My eye glass frames are Dutch, not next years replacements.

(07.22.13)
i think the ones that will be packing their bags and leaving soon will be your palestinian brothers and sisters who are employed by the tens of thousands in these settlements. they will all lose their jobs and your pa has zero to give them instead. where will they find jobs in the west bank amongst you people? their only source of income is from the settlements. period. you'll have tens of thousands of unemployed arabs everywhere that will demand that abbas find them a job that pays like israel does. but abbas can;t because he is too corrupt and unable to do anything for the unwashed masses under him.
21. 1- Israelis produce the best products & will
Dina   (07.22.13)
continue to so, thank G-d!
22. ALDI is GERMAN!!!!!!!
tiki ,   belgium   (07.22.13)
JUMBO is Dutch and as in the good old times only ''following German orders to be politically correct.

(07.22.13)
but did you also notice that exports coming from the settlements accounts for only 1.2% of the total exports coming from israel?????? that is a miniscule percentage and won't affect israel's economy one bit. but what this ban will do, in fact, is make 25,000 palestinian arab workers that work in these territories UNEMPLOYED! so, who will be punished? not the jews.
24. Good News
Eli ,   USA   (07.22.13)
Anything that promotes separation between Jews and Arabs is a blessing for Israel. Soda Stream has too many Arab employees. Jews need to start looking out for Jews. This ban is good cause now all the Arabs will lose their jobs. I pray the boycot will spread globally. Israel does not need anyone, our brain power is the highest asset in the world. In the end the Gentiles are forced to buy from us anyway, every cell phone and every computer in the world has Jew written all over it, lets not forget Israel's medical industry. This ban is good news.

(07.22.13)
what palestinian products??? suicide belts? kassams? katyushas? what products do you ever have or make? no technology, no brains, no scientific innovations. nothing. so, what products can you sell the world? do you really believe that the settlement products that COUNT FOR ONLY 1.3$ OF ISRAELI EXPORTS will make a difference???? none. it will be a drop in the sea for israel, which is an export giant. so, maybe your wet dream of israelis packing and leaving is just a wet dream. nothing more, nothing less. israeli exports is not strawberries and flowers, my friend. israeli exports money comes from the technological and innovative giant that it has become. these are the things they export. food export is miniscule compared to the innovations, high tech exports and medical biomedical exports and pharmaceuticals from israel. you know nothing of what you are talking about because you are simply ignorant just as your palestinian arabs are. hameed aboughaze, iranian

in the face of wanting to be fair, i wonder about the following. why didn't the netherlands up to now BAN ANY TURKISH EXPORTS FROM NORTHERN CYPRUS, AN ISLAND THEY AGRESSIVELY OCCUPIED IN 1974 AND THAT NO NATION IN THE UN HAS RECOGNIZED THIS ILLEGAL OCCUPATION OF NORTHERN CYPRUS BY TURKEY. ACCORDING TO THE UN, TURKEY DID POPULATION TRANSFERS FROM TURKEY INTO NORTHERN CYPRUS, LEAING THE CYPRIOTS TO BE REFUGEES, HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES THERE BY TURKEY, ETC.. AND ACCORDING TO THE UNSC, TURKEY'S OCCUPATION OF NORTHERN CYPRUS IS ILLEGAL ACCORDING TO ALL INTERNATIONAL LAWS. in light of the above, i wonder WHY DIDN;T YOUR COUNTRY BAN ANY TURKISH EXPORTS FROM NORTHERN CYPRUS? care to answer??????

Robert ,   Amsterdam   (07.22.13)
you and others that are saying Europe is Islamic, don't have any clue what they are talking about. We don't have a 20% muslim population like you do... think about that before you start your rant, idiot!
28. #27 Robert: What is the % of Muslims then?
NudNik69   (07.22.13)
29. I am heartened
Ivor EVenbiggergun   (07.22.13)
by the concern that is being shown by Israelis towards their Palestinian brethren who are about to be fired by them. Prehaps there is hope afterall for the future
30. #1 Lynx
BEN JABO (MACHAL) ,   ISRAEL   (07.22.13)
Does that include Palestinian Computers and Software? Drugs & Medicine ? Of course the Palestinian products will earn wages similar to those paid by Israel, or maybe just 1/4 of what Israel pays
