Palestinan terror attacks have continued but Israel's ability to prevent fatalities has improved. It's particularly hard to report Palestinian fatalities when you refer to biased, anti-Israel sites that neglect to report most of the fatalities occured when Palestinians were involved in hostilities such as launching rockets, throwing molotov cocktails, rock/knife attacks and approaching the security fence.
