2. With people like Netanyahu and Lapid...

....around, why would any decent sane person want to be in public service ?

3. That's a good news for Israel

4. Recalling him to his former position as Hanagid (believe
that's the correct title !), was a mistake in the first place.

5. HIs explanations are fishy
Why did he "get on the next plane'? Why, if it was such a simple misunderstanding did he not simply say, "hey people, I thought she paid and it was no big deal cause I went back and paid and they believed me." What reeks of fish is that if she was in line under his orders why did she come up embarrassed and "forgot to pay" for it as he was holding the article in HIS hands? Since when do you pay for something that someone is holding outside the store? Don't not airport shops use scanner guns for bar codes? Does not add up.

6. Michael #2, the eternal opposition
I just couldn't help chuckling now about your "decent and sane person" comment.
Seriously now, it was the anti-Netanyahu opposition that gave to Lapid virtually messianic status. Now you all whine and complain and protest against him.
And if tomorrow you had Zehava or even Dov Borisovich Khenin in the government, within no time you would turn even them into your new villains.
And that's the nature of far left "activism". Permanent opposition to the powers that be.
Zero achievement of anything constructive.
