Jews have been living in parts of the west bank for centuries, long before the Arabs (oops sorry, the "Palestinians") came to the holy land. Hebron is one example. Gush Etzion which was bought by Jews and was settled by Jews a long time ago is another. The fact is that in every territory that the Arabs claim as their own they try to kill all the Jews living there - like what happened to Jews living Gush Etzion in the past.
