1. Too bad Ben-Yishai didn't read Ynet
A ,   Belgium   (08.10.13)
before writing his misleading and uninformed article, where he states "the Egyptian army will not be pleased by the fact that targets were engaged on sovereign Egyptian territory by Israel aircraft.", because in a previous article (NOT written by him), it is stated clearly "two senior Egyptian defense sources said that the Israeli airstrike was coordinated with the Egyptian authorities", and, "Cairo alerted Israel to threats made by Sinai Peninsula-based militant groups". Why is it so difficult to admit that Egypt and Israel are cooperating to destroy the terrorists in Sinai? Is it in order not to offend the "palestinians", who are very likely the terrorists in question?
2. Boring nonsense! Egypt obviously approved the attack.
Michael Redbourn ,   Lisbon Portugal   (08.10.13)
Israel has given Egypt permission to add large forces and armored divisions in previously agreed no-go areas. Egypt and Israel are now operating together to take out the trash. Somewhat amazing that Ron Ben-Yishai didn't hear or read about this; and it's kind of obvious.
3. And maybe Israel will retake up to Mr. Sinai !
Moshe ,   Usa   (08.10.13)

6. The Next "INITIATIVE" Will Be To Retake All Of Sinai Again!
Alberto   (08.10.13)
The current custodians have done a poor job. And, contrary to popular belief, if undertaken, the bedoins of Sinai will be CHEERING for Israel to take over! When polled, a majority favored Israeli authority over egyptian. The poor were fed & received free medical attention under Israel. Roads, schools & housing were built for them. Under egypt, they are under threat of physical harm from the terrorist arabs who have usurped the Sinai peninsula as their terror base and the condition of the indigenous bedoin have worsened.

What is wrong with this guy? Every time he gets a chance, he dumps on Israel. Go find someone else be a bother to, and for petes' sake read the news once in a while instead of admiring your own intelligence.

Koose E Mack ,   NY USA   (08.12.13)
Any attack on Egyptian Soil was planned, approved, and coordinated with the Egyptian Army. Gen Al Sisi is fed up with the Salafists, Hamas, Bedouin, and Palestinian Terrorist Cells. After all, they killed Egyptian Police and Army Personnel!
