President Obama is changing his course of action He understands that he is standing alone in his belief that an attack is the right way. The world leaders for the most part are not standing behind him, as is the American people. Better late then never. All he needs now is to find a way to save face. Now that the US president has stated that Bashar Al-Assad is guilty of crimes against humanity & violation of the prohibition to use toxic gases, he is liable for prosecution at the International Criminal Court (ICC). That court should issue a warrant arrest for Bashar as it did for is Sudanese namesake, president al-Bashir. This may seem just a symbolic gesture without any short term effect on events. But given that the military action planed by the US will likely be of a symbolic nature, it may not be incongruous to ostracize Assad the legal way.

Obama is hesitant and Fearful to intervene in a limited strike Against the little boy Assad who never had the Nerve to retaliate to any israeli strike. It is clear now that America would NEVER and EVER have the courage to embark for any strike on Iran. Syria military action on September 9. Why not wait until 9/11 or Yom Kippur on 9/14 or after Thanksgiving so Assad can slaughter another few thousand people, especially little children, with Russia, China, the UK and the rest of the wimps in the EU cheering him on!
