One should ask, Why is our Speaker in Rome to begin with? Don't they get tired of wasting our money. Again, higher taxes and cutbacks are only for us working stiffs.

At least Edelstein is plausible and statesman like.
Lapid was a complete embarrassment
abroad and should be relieved of his position.
How many disastrous politicians can Israel suffer?
|
| |
Isn't it Israel that has "opened the door to a fierce arms race in the Middle East" with its nuclear arsenal and it's booming weapons export industry?
Tiny Israel is in the top 7-8 globally as an arms dealer. Exports ran $7 billion last year, projected $10 billion in three years, with Israel refusing to supply any info on customers. It's #1 in drone exports.
Israel refuses to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty or submit to international inspections, Iran has done both. Iran has never threatened to use the n-bomb. Moshe Dayan wanted to drop one but Meir refused to consider it, we learned last week.
Scary, no?

Oil is not renewable so the nuclear energy is only reliable possibility in world. Edelstein should know that and not speak nonsense. There are means to control that all commercial nuclear plants are peaceful, even if tehy are in Iran. Iranians are not at level to produce nukes and means to transport them.
