Each tag will cost about 20 shekels and then you get sent a picture of the bird it gets attached to with a coded number and for an extra 50 shekels, you can put your own engraved message. Then the bird is released. If that bird with that tag number ever ends up in a foreign news story, you win something from the park service... money or souvineers or who knows?
