There is no political alternative. If it weren't for the IDF in areas B & C, Hamas would have taken over completely by now as they did in Gaza.

Before World War 2, the world had #1 appeaser Chamberlain, we have our "Bertie" from London. Bertie has to decide between shame and war, Bertie has chosen shame and now we in Israel shall have war. What we in Israel need is realism and security. As long as Islam exist, there will never be arab, or islamic acceptance of the right of israel to exist. Sorry Bertie, no "peace".

The PA denies that Jews have any history in the land of Israel - see the PA ministry for culture - or what the Arabs have called Palestine since the British called it by the Roman name for Israel. As long as the PA teaches that Jews have no historic rights in Israel then the Palestinians will continue to view Israel as an outside element that does not belong. In the bigger picture the Moslem world needs to become tolerant and accept that Jews have national rights in Israel.
