Why should there be any concessions if Palestinians haven't changed their positions on peace like right of return etc. Israel is paying just because the EU
and US want to see talks. Let's see the US and EU change the Palestinian attitude before talks not just talks for the sake of talks. Did Israel ever tell the US and EU so or is it just obeying Western dictates without a thought?

The Quran states that it is an excellent tactic of war to lie to the enemy until you have a position of strength which allows you to win. That is all this nonsense is.
