1. That Menorah On The Wall
Ariel ben Yochanan ,   Kfar Tapuah, Efraim   (10.29.13)
B"H - I wonder what that Menorah on the wall thinks of all these anti-Jewish, anti-Torah rulings these fake "judges" make in the name of and for the State!
2. With a Potato Head Government, you get
Israeli 2   (10.29.13)
a Potato Head Court - PATATA.
3. Curruption and appeasement
Bill Stein ,   USA   (10.29.13)
This is my opinion Someone needs to go and investigate every nook and cranny and bank accounts of the Prime Minister Livni and Peres as well the left voting members of the coalition to find out what is really motivating these insane acts.
4. Bagatz & terrorists
yosef, phd ,   florida-usa   (10.29.13)
...A totally misapplied, contrived "decision" to keep "legal obligations". How hypocritical and plain foolish can Israeli 'justice" get ?!
5. Israelis don't know how to protest.....
With love for ,   Israel   (10.29.13)
If you want to change things in Israel you need to go directly to the people who can change the decisions. That means Bibi. Why are you bothering to protest in front of the prison? Go nock down Bibi's door. Hold a million man and woman 24/7 until you get results protests on his front lawn. Show life sized photos of your loved ones butchered and hacked to death by those monsters. Get the international media involved and keep going. Tell the world the whole story. People in the world WILL care but they don't know the facts because this government doesn't tell them. When you got lemons, make lemonade. Protests will not bring back our dead but we CAN bring them a lot of kavod by doing all we can to honor them now. Don't be afraid. Just DO IT.
6. Re-Incarcerate them on another charge
Roland ,   London England   (10.29.13)
7. Tzedek
Abraham Nachmias ,   Petach Tikva IL   (10.29.13)
The Supreme Court has no idea about what "tzedek" is!
8. HIgh Court Fails Again
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (10.29.13)
Disband them immediately. These are people with no brains. One of our thrice recited daily prayers is to "return to us our judges as in days of yore", those with a sense of morality and justice. Maybe we should be saying this prayer even more often. With justices like these, we are doomed.
9. Blind trust in the Palestinian Terrorist
tiki ,   belgium   (10.29.13)
"Palestinian commitments crucial to Israeli interests were made"???? This kind of language fits the Europeans or the US FM but not the Israeli High Court. Since when where Palestinian commitments kept and why should Palestinians care about Israeli interests. It's one aspect Israel could learn from the Palestinians....." Care about your own interest first & only keep your commitments when they are useful to you. Israel is doing precisely the opposite and this will cost her dearly!
10. "Court rejects request to postpone terrorists release" DUH!!
Neil B. ,   Jerusalem   (10.29.13)
11. Human rights
michael Pielet ,   israel   (10.29.13)
There is absolutely no connection between the high court and justice. For the Israeli high court arabs and illegal migrants have human rights. Jews have no rights
