Israelis & their leadership are truly gut-terrified at the thought of having to battle in the streets & occupy Gaza.
Time would be much more realistically spent on improving defences and shelters for the next rocket war.

No, thank you! The world needs to help Egypt to take Gaza back. Morsi was planing that, and the Egyptian military did not want that to happen. Gaza was getting integrated to Egypt slowly under Morsi. Re-taking Gaza will be a huge waste of lives and money.
