MR CYNIC ,   SAFED CYNIC HOUSE   (11.09.13)
Why do young israelis constantly risk their lives in these G-d -forsaken places ? they like to look for trouble apparently.
2. Philippines

Maybe someday our foreign ministry will become creative and make friends instead of losing them. We should help the Philippines now. Perhaps a field hospital, or rescue teams---something to help them in this terrible disaster. Have we forgotten that the Philippines was one of the few countries that gave shelter to Jews during the holocaust? That was a terrible time for them too, Bataan, Corregidor. but they helped us then. Let us start to be humane and respond to this tragedy. Wake up Israel.

You are definitely wrong when you called Philippines a God-forsaken place. Most Christians here spend time to pray for Israel. You should visit here, interact with friendly people, and see our sugar-white beaches. I think you are ignorant and does not know really our country and history. Our President Manuel Quezon was the only Asian leader who helped and received victims of Holocaust that time. Personally, I spent considerable time too defending Israel from haters in internet forums.
