Kerry enlisted and volunteered for service in Viet Nam and was awarded a silver star, bronze star and three purple hearts. During his Presidential run efforts were made to discredit his war record but the consensus among historians is that the allegations were scurrilous and politically motivated to detract attention from Busch's questionable service. Kerry's paternal grandparents were Austrian Jews who converted to Catholicism around 1900. Siblings of his grandparents died in the camps.

Like Hamas the PA doesn't have to be given the West Bank and Israel at once. It will agree to take Jerusalem and the West Bank first. Then it wants Israel too. Does Kerry understand who he is talking to? Where is acceptance of a Jewish Israel, renunciation of right of return and end of conflict?. Some watered down security measures is not enough.

Proper Water Management and increased Supply could transform the West Bank
BUT we have to spend money on Infrastucture - Sewage Treatment and New Piping and Delivery and Irrigation Systems to put a stop to the enormous waste
The Money donated from Agencies is THERE - sitting and if properly assigned to Water Infrastructure would create THOUSANDS OF building jobs and boost all parts of the Palestinian Economy from Industry to Leisure and especially to Agriculture
And just as your JNF we want to mobilise all our Teenagers into a Movement or National Service that's involved in planting Trees and Flowers, Building Parks and Animal Sanctuaries to create a spirit of pride and inclusion into their Country
But for that we need to resolve Water.
