Stop BLAMING officals! No one forced people to go to Jeursalem esp when told in advance that this would be a very severe storm. Everyone one knows the entrance/exit of Jerusalem is not the easiest. Those who went to Jerusalem, took a risk. Accept this fact. If anyone is to blame, it is those who went to Jerusalem.
