The Lebanese Government cannot abrogate or subcontract its responsibilities for maintaining control and stability on its borders to Hezbollah Gangsters By shutting its eyes to what happens along the border it leaves the whole of Lebanons Security and future in peril yet again Nasrallah has shown time and again where HIS loyalties lie..and they are CERTAINLY not with Lebanon Once and for all Lebanon has to take FULL CONTROL of State Security and disarm Hezbollah and start the process of establishing OPEN and TRANSPARENT Channels of Communication between Lebanon and Israel Governments and Military to prevent open war that may have been triggered by lone or deranged or extremist militias Done OPENLY and TRANSPARENTLY sends a clear and decisive message to the world that it is in BOTH countries national interests to FIGHT to prevent not make war and PROTECT the peace Israel does not want war with Lebanon Lebanon does not want war with Israel So its up to Lebanon and Israel to make sure that Iran and their Hezbollah Henchmen do not drag either country into yet another war which NEITHER side wanted

Very sad, but a bit strange on a few accounts. 1) The soldier is from the navy, why is he in the Golan on duty. 2) He was driving in a civilian car while on duty. 3)He was driving on a side road, not one recommended by the military. 4) The doctor could not tell if it was shrapnel or a bullet. This story is a bit suspicious & doesnt add up. nevertheless, a young life has been loss & thats just not acceptable.

It is indeed an outrageous breach of sovereignty but, it's somehow ridiculous coming from Israel! Israeli armed forces breach lebanese sovereignty every single day!! They enter Lebanese airspace on a daily basis and I doubt they have the authorisation of the Lebanese army for that ! So that's rich from Ya'alon to cry out about breach of sovereignty!

Every day acts of terrorism are simply dismissed or explained as "An unknown terrorist group ...(and then they come up with some bogus sounding name like the brothers of the martyrs of rainy Tuesdays)...claimed responsibility for..." The sovereign Lebanese Govt. is responsible for what takes place on/from its soil. Israeli reprisal is warranted because the only thing the Arabs seem to respect is force.
