4. A simple solution: No Palestinian Arab state where IDF is...
N.L.Katz ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (12.21.13)
...stationed: the Jordan Valley in the widest sense of the term, as Mr. Rabin put it; united Jerusalem, including Giv'at Zeev and Ma'aleh Adumim, as Rabin stated; in all Jewish settlement blocs, as has been Israel's policy since 1995. And, if they object, let them object. End of story.
5. No Deal
max ,   washington dc   (12.21.13)
Without IDF permanently controlling the borders ftom the Jordan river to the Golan and Gaza there will be no agreent. Israel is not suicidal as its neighbors are!
6. There will be no Palestine, so dream on &make rules!
tom ,   tel aviv   (12.21.13)
7. like Arafat Abbas refuses to compromise in anything
zionist forever   (12.21.13)
The arabs are refusing to compromise on anything. No IDF soldiers in the Jordan Valley. No compromise on ROR. No compromise on their demands for Jerusalem. Refuse to recognise Israel as a Jewish state. Everything Arafat refused to compromise Abbas does. If Abbas wont compromise on anything then why are we playing games and releasing terrorists for the honour of Abbas agreeing to hold phoney negotiations Once the last batch of terrorists have been released Abbas will probably deam up some reason of why talks have broken down and he will run to the UN because since he proudly got his UN upgrade he has been constantly threatening to take Israel to the ICJ but Obama held him back but he wants to take Israel to the ICJ satisfy his ego.
8. Arab League Secretary General Nabil Elaraby
Ross Gallen ,   Henderson, USA   (12.21.13)
Reading the rhetoric of the Arab League perhaps it is time to re-examine whether there should be one Arab allowed to be living in the State of Israel. Of course that would be undemocratic and contrary to Jewish values, but conversely a tit for tat might give the Arabs a does of reality.
9. Security
Alan ,   ohio   (12.21.13)
so the Pals have rejected Israel's need for security against teerorists entering JUDEA AND SAMARIA. They have caused the breakdown in the peace talks and should be transferred to Jordan where they came from in the first place.
10. How can Islam destroy Israel if the IDF stays on the Jordan?
Do or die ,   Israel   (12.21.13)
It can't. EXACTLY why they make this demand. America and the rest of the world only care about Arab oil so they don't care about Israel. Do or die. Time for Israel to stand up for herself and say NO. We can and must take care of ourselves!!!
11. NATO must displace Foreign Arabs to Mecca to protect Jews

17. 1948 , 56 , 67

It was the Arabs who initiated wars with the intention of Genocide .
18. Israel in NATO
Lee ,   US   (12.21.13)
Let America and Europe step up to the plate and allow Israel to join the NATO defense pact. Problem solved.
19. respect for arabs
salim   (12.21.13)
israel has deliberately over the years avoided telling its history to the arab masses which is a lack of respect and who actually owns the land. 2 states won't work as there is a lack of space and jews and arabs think differently.Only if jordan and san remo is brought back into the discussion can someth ing be worked out. Another option is for the arab world to pay israel 10 trilion dollars to move to a UN approved land far away from the middle east.
20. The I.D.F. Will be heavily involved if there is ever
Jerome ,   basalt, colorado   (12.21.13)
a terrorist Satanic state!
21. It's too clear: too much history, not enough geography!
BAB ,   jerusalem israel   (12.22.13)
22. Let's move on to the next issue.
Sam ,   Canada   (12.22.13)
OK, the best Abbas will offer is the deployment of American troops. Let's move on. If there is agreement elsewhere there may be more flexibility later on. What about the Jewish state? Are Palestinians insisting Israel must become a Muslim state through a right of return? It's about time that becomes clear to the US, EU and Jews.
23. everyone must understand very clearly
CJK   (12.22.13)
the conflict is between the jewish state and the entire muslim world. the conflict is not between the jewish state and some group of people who call themselves "palestinians." there will never be peace as long as the muslim arabs refuse to accept jewish sovereignty in the ancestral homeland of the jewish people.
24. #15, I prefer my last name, Benassi, to yours, Osentowski

Whether that's possible or not we will see.
26. No two state
olavi ,   espoo, finland   (12.22.13)
It is not in the interest of Israel to make deal with PA. They are not able to run a state. Only small group of terrorists.
27. I am Ben (son of) Assi and Mohammed Assi is my distant uncle
