1. "I am not a Palestinian freedom fighter"...
Jennie ,   Israel/US   (12.23.13)
But in reality, you really are...You are the legal defender and thereby a fighter for the so-called Palestinian people. Wouldn't you aggree, that until the late 80's, the world didn't know a "Palestinian" people/Nation,until Arafat founded the plo and waged jihad against your people all around the world..There were then & still are now, the Muslim Nations of Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, surrounding a tiny legal spek of the sovereign state for the Jewish People ... What rights for the palestinians in Israel are you seeking and defending exactly ?
2. You are a supporter of terrorists
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (12.23.13)
The land is ours period. I challenge anybody in the entire world to produce a single legal claim for the Arabs. Bet nobody even attempts that. So for being a respecter of human rights - you are not. You are liar and aiding and abetting war crimes. Making you are war criminal. I hope that one day you get exactly what you deserve - the same thing as Eichmann.

You are helping the heirs of Nazis, against your people. You are a poor deluded. Do you believe to fight for fairness? These pallys are exploiting you. If they can, they will slaughter you too. For them, we are all pigs and apes, whereas they are angels. Even Rumknowski was blinded by power. He helped Nazists to slaughter his people, for ending up in the gas chamber. I suggest you to read his biography. You would find many similarities.

The whole article was inspiring ... till the last paragraph. One hopes that a person of high moral standards, such as Michale Sfard does not give in to populism and cash rewards - especially since the last may be from Mafia associated types.
8. It's a "dirty, repulsive job", but somebody has to do it?!
tom ,   tel aviv   (12.23.13)
Not really....A Quisling will remain a Quisling, even if he's got a Mezuzah at his doorstep. This guy found a lucrative niche, with very little (happily) competition! Tfoy...
9. Sfard is a promoter of BDS
LucyM   (12.23.13)
Disingenuous puff piece. Sfard has promoted BDS and appeared before the Russell Tribunal, an anti-Israel Kangaroo court.

I agree with your post.Ref your first sentence-why has Kerry not been challenged about that. Why has Abbas not been challenged.Israel is a sovereign state-"Palestine' is yet to be a state so how can Kerry even do what he is doing-does he not know the history of the last70 years.Wy is this nonsense not strongly publicised. How can one party negotiate wit h another party that the first party(PA) does not recognise.I think that Bibi must simply say No to PA and if there is an Arab upraising then kick the

Why should West Bank Arabs have freedom of movement in Israel? They wanted autonomy -- they have it. Now they want to have their cake and eat it, too. I don't think so. Moreover, they used to have considerable freedom of movement in Israel. Have you noticed the remarkable drop in suicide bombings since that freedom of movement policy has changed? Finally -- Israel is Israel, and the United States is the United States. The U.S. is not governed by Israeli law; nor is the State of Israel governed by American law. That's actually quite elementary reasoning. How sad that it eludes you. (Sad, but not particularly surprising.)
19. I wish , Mr Sfard, that you sleep very badly at night
A ,   Belgium   (12.24.13)
and judging from your photos, it appears you do. And if you are awarded a few hours of precious sleep, I hope that it is interrupted by nightmares of arabs of whom you are so eager to defend (while being extremely well paid, of course), decapitating a 3 year old infant, and in no less inhuman behavior, murdering 2 other children and their parents. Do you feel a responsibility to defend cold blooded murderers like the arabs who expressed absolutely no remorse for what they did? Don't those innocent JEWISH people have "human rights" too? Or does arab money satisfy your greed even more?
