PA Arabs are welcome to work and study in Ariel. The only danger is that Abbas has instructed his terrorists to murder any Arab trying to get an education in Ariel. As for living in Ariel, that would be great, but has to be fair. As soon as the Abbas suspends his apartheid demand that all Arab cities be ethnically pure and clean of Jews, your plan would be great

The racism is on the part of the Arabs, not on the part of the Jews. Arab Israelis are fully-fledged citizens with equal rights and many go to Israeli universities. As for Arabs living in Judea and Samaria, they are welcome in Ariel university, but it is other Arabs they have to fear who might murder them for doing so. And it is Abbas calling for a Palestinian state that is free of Jews: if that isn't racism, I don't know what is!
