Shin Bet already warned in a report a couple of years ago that a new type of terrorist uprising ("Intifada") was brewing in the jewish territories occupied by the arab settlers. This new kind of terror campaign, based on apparently spontaneous popular attacks, was conceived by the fakestinian leadership in order to keep the pressure against Israel without having to face a diplomatic fallout, coming form Eu and USA, in the middle of the "peace" negotiations with Israel.
