1. Well, Well, Well......
Koose E Mack ,   NY USA   (12.27.13)
It warms my heart to see how much the PA and Hamas care for the welfare of their people. I bet, most of the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank would prefer to live under a just Israeli government then the Mafia Hooligans ruling over them now!
2. Not Israel's problem.
David ,   Hartford USA   (12.27.13)
Why would any country on the receiving end of rocket attacks supply the country that's shooting at them with fuel? Makes no sense. Until the Gazans vote out Hamas, Israel should have nothing to do with them. Let Egypt look after them.
3. Gaza's priorities
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (12.27.13)
they'd rather buy missiles than buy fuel. KEEP BUILDING !!!!
4. I'm sure King Bibi the Weak is preparing a fuel shipment
A ,   Belgium   (12.27.13)
for gaza as a "good will gesture" to the Hamas terrorists. It sure wont make a good impression on the EU, US, UN, etc. if the released prisoners, after living the life of luxury in Israeli prisons, have to return to no electricity. And that world opinion is SO important to King Bibi the Weak, while the voice of the Israeli people is dismissed with..."I'll build more homes in Judea and Samaria".
5. Last week Israel transferred to Gaza a huge amount of Diesel
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (12.27.13)
Have they used it already to fuel the rockets they launch to murder Israelis?
6. How terrible
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (12.27.13)
I mean just because the Islamofascists keep on killing Israelis why oh why should Israel close the crossing? No other country would ever do that if somebody declared war on them.
7. "So what"
Rob ,   Ashqelon, Israel   (12.28.13)
8. #2 - David
Devorah   (12.27.13)
The fact that they need looking after at all speaks directly to the fact that they are not deserving of their own country, nor are they capable of even the most bare-bones form of self determination.
9. Whether or not the power plant works...
Harry Wright ,   UK   (12.27.13)
they still won't be able to see the Light so the plants may as well remain shut down. Does this mean that the rocket manufacturing plants are shut down as well. That will be sooooo NICE!!!
10. Elior Levy, do you watch israeli TV?
israeli ,   israel   (12.27.13)
I just heard on channel 2 news that abu-mazen refuses to release the fuel donated by Qatar. Please write a piece about this :)

Chatich   (12.28.13)
While I agree entirely with the substance of your post it behooves me to emphasize that hamastan is not, has never been, and will never be, anything even remotely resembling a "country". Furthest thing from it, really. While I'm sure this was merely a casual error on your part, I felt it important (and ironic) enough to mention.
12. Proves the old joke
Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (12.28.13)
Q: How many Palestinians does it take to change a light bulb? A: 0. They'd rather sit in the dark and blame Israel.
13. Diesel for Gaza
Ralph ,   Rishon   (12.28.13)
Hold on a minute. There is a crossing point between Gaza and Egypt, at Rafah, that has nothing to do with Israel. Why aren't the the fellow Arabs transferring them the necessary diesel?
14. #13 Because it's closed
dagan ,   Israel   (12.28.13)
Since Hamas smuggles themselves through to terror the Sinai. I'd say "At least Egypt has a backbone," but of course who cares about that crossing if we aren't on the delivering end? I don't think the international community have ever touched on the Egyptian border.
15. Another lie
Sarah ,   The Netherlands   (12.28.13)
Hamas had nothing to do with it. Read Ma'an.
16. @10
Sarah ,   The Netherlands   (12.28.13)
Don't believe everything your "country" is showing you. PA also had NOTHING to do with it.

Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (12.28.13)
And we should believe YOU and YOUR "country" - why?
18. @17
Sarah ,   The Netherlands   (12.28.13)
1- My country is a democratic country, we don't steal, lie and kill. 2- It is time and time proven the Israeli regime is lying. 3- an alcoholic will never amid he's an alcoholic. Get it? First he have to see he's having a problem. 4- you don't have to believe me, stay stupid for all I care.

jonathan ,   adelaide/Israel   (12.28.13)
Israel is the only democratic country in the ME surrounded by Arabs who want Jews dead but they have lost 6 wars against Israel-why is that? Where is it time proven that Israel is lying? So, you admit that you are an alcoholic-so what? And I believe that you are stupid-your post proves that Arab.
20. hahahaha
Sarah ,   The Netherlands   (12.28.13)
I am not an Arab. So you see, not only Arabs think you live in a banana republic. O and BTW, I never drink unlike many so called jews living in your banana stolen state. No shalom for you and your stealing killers.

Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (12.28.13)
Among other things, what I don't believe about your post is that you actually hail from The Netherlands. All the Dutch people I have known were proficient in English. I suspect that when you speak, you confuse your Bs and Ps.
22. Misschien
Sarah ,   The Netherlands   (12.28.13)
moet jij dan maar eens Nederlands proberen te schrijven. It's been 40 years ago I left school. My writing can be bad but I don't steal, lie and kill. I am a real Jew and hate zionism.
23. #22 Nah, I think not
Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (12.28.13)
No "real Jew" is "anti-Zionism". You are confused, poor thing.
24. Sarah, allegedly of Netherlands
Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (12.28.13)
Don't worry, dear. You are a mutant.
