1. That is what being Jewish Israeli...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (12.29.13)
should be all about. What a comfort after all the Israeli horror stories we read in Ynet. Heart warming.
2. Careful with labels!
Neal ,   Minneapolis USA   (12.30.13)
This is lovely, heartwarming proof that people can be wonderful to each other. I am very happy for this couple. To the reporter and editors, I say: Be careful slapping labels on people! You may be, like most journalists, in your 20s and 30s, so anyone beyond 60 seems "elderly," but lots of us who are about to turn 70 (and blessed with good health) react very negatively to being called elderly. It's something of an insult.
3. Beautiful Chessed!!!
Riva ,   Gush Etzion   (12.30.13)
This is how we should ALWAYS treat each other!! Kol ha Kovod to those in Ashkelon! Special people living there!!!
4. This is the true news
Sitting at home ,   Jerusalem   (12.30.13)
This is the kind of news that's actually useful; it helps me believe that we're not as depraved is portrayed and it even stirred me to try to be a better person.
5. A very nice act: generous, humanitarian, universalist.

Israeli citizens "arevim ze l'ze" and here you have a proof of it in Ashkelon. An example has been set by it for replication throughout the country.
