What Nasrallah-the-Goat-Boinker means when he says 'ports' is really the navy. An attack on these ports puts Israel's navy under attack- the surface ships and submarines. Israel obviously will never allow this to happen. So the more boasting by Nasrallah about his weapons only serves to get Israel ready for a pre-emptive strike, which would be totally legitimate since Nasrallah has publicly threatened it. It's really past the time for Israel to remove Nasrallah from the picture and help Lebanon return to being a free country.
