31. #3 Absolutely correct, Benazzi!
A ,   Belgium   (01.07.14)
Illegal Jordanian squatters in Judea and Samaria will be repatriated to their own country, where Abdallah can deal with them as his father did.
32. Autonomous Arab Area Un Seat
Zechariah   (01.07.14)
An Autonomous Arab area under stringent vigilance can get a Flag an anthem and a Seat In the UN if South Sudan is any example not to mention the Balkan States only twenty years ago .But the Arabs will reject this or It will be so unstable it will be subdivided .
33. @24 rewritten History
Chris L. ,   Az. USA   (01.08.14)
Actually it seems to be UK and other European countries that have been busy rewriting history. Anti Israel pro Palestinian history. Fortunately, enough old history books still exist along with plenty of archaeological findings to support Israels claim to the land than some Palestinian people. Sure, jews migrated back to there land after both WWI and WWII but there was always some jews living in the land continuously since antiquity. During the displacement of Israel and Judah arabs settled in the area but never built thriving cities. Was mostly bedouins. Nomads roaming around. Till shortly after, 1900. Virtually undeveloped land. It wasnt until the jews started to return to the ancient land that it even began to be built up and liveable. But during the migration back there had always been a small jewish remnant living there already. Now that jews have made the land plentiful and built up cities and infrastructure the PA arabs want the land. Its ALL Israels land from the river of Egypt unto the great river Euphrates.

harvey gefen ,   toronto ont. canada   (01.08.14)
'g-d shall bless israel with strength;g-d shall bless israel with peace"-psalms.the bible proclaims bennets belief that in this world israel needs strength to have peace.
36. PEACE
Rau   (01.08.14)
"through a strong army." History proved again and again that superpower collapsed. Just the matter of time. Peace however shall prevail forever
37. Naftali Bennett
Irwin Graulich ,   New York City   (01.08.14)
Yasher Koach to the wisest man in Israel. Future Prime Minister Bennett is the only Israeli leader to truly understand the psyche and intentions of the Palestinian Arabs. I know Naftali is 100% correct for a fact.
38. #1#2: Bennet is irrelevant to negotiations
On the Balcony   (01.08.14)
Under changes made to the laws of parliamentary procedures last year a vote of no confidence is relatively meaningless unless it is accompanied by the announcement of a majority coalition of MKs ready to form a new government. If not, the government remains in power even if it does not control a majority of votes. But this does not matter. The Labor Party with more seats than Bennett had already publicly stated its intention to support the negotiations.
39. Fellow Israelis, we can no longer control 4 million people
Eleanor ,   Boston   (01.08.14)
Furthermore the continuing running of their lives and lands will ultimately destroy our nation's accomplishments and the forefathers' visions of a Jewish homeland.
40. So, you want peace, Mr. Kerry?
Chaim ,   Arad   (01.08.14)
The world has always looked at the US as being a world leader in all things. So, why not lead the world in peace? You think giving up land for peace is a good thing, so, you can start at the western time zone in the states and every thing west of that to the Ocean is given back to Mexico. What is left over is then divided up between Iraq, and Afghanistan. When the rest of the world sees how well this works and how you have lead the world in peace, you will get the Nobel Peace prize and the world will grovel at your feet. Sounds good to me!!
41. #39. "Palestinians" must go.
Chaim ,   Israel   (01.08.14)
Nobody wants to "control Palestinians". And we're certainly not going to give the theives our sole tiny Homeland. They must return to Jordan.
42. #38, you are even more irrelevant
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (01.08.14)
43. #41 and you can go to Brooklyn.
On the Balcony   (01.08.14)
unless you want to stay for the mutual recognition ceremonies between the states of Israel and Palestine.
44. #43 Right, complete with fireworks
A ,   Belgium   (01.08.14)
when a rocket from Ramallah hits some deranged leftist idiot's balcony in Acco. Now let's see you reply, " Oh but that will never happen, we will have peace with our "palestinian" neighbors even if they do slaughter a few Jewish families in Kvar Saba and Ra'anana" .Let the ceremonies begin!
45. # 23 Sam... no lawyer you.
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (01.09.14)
Your inquiry, "what's more important to religious Zionist leaders - saving lives or territory."? Your question is in two parts the one part is that they are both exclusive to are that you can't separate the two. Territory is peace. Israels land is priceless as are her Jewish lives.
46. # 31 GRRREAT POST!
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (01.09.14)
KEEP BUILDING !!!
47. 41.A thief sees thievery in everyone but himself
lydia ,   Brisbane   (01.09.14)
Palestine is not your homeland and it never was. You must return to est. Europe
48. #44 I've relocated to a new balcony
On the Balcony   (01.09.14)
and I have no doubt that "all hell might break loose" if and when the "negotiations" yield the expected result. I well know that a rocket is as likely to come from inside the old city walls of Akko as from Ramallah. I am prepared, and so too will or should be all of Israel. You confuse my principled opposition to the settlements and pragmatic support for the "negotiations" with stupidity.
49. #42 Ouch!)) As are we all, ultimately.
