31. All men.Soon "family reunification" rights.Then 1 million
Alan ,   SA   (01.08.14)
There will be large families . Has Israel got the money for schools ,medical facilities, welfare facilities general .infrastructure . Also they cant live in that Levinsky park forever. So housing suitable for housing a million will be needed But Israel is being pressured to leave J and Sh.,so where is the space for these extra people.
32. #1 your government sucks!
toni ,   usa   (01.08.14)
And some of the comments posted here are also so fishy! Deport them or put them in camps but give them the respect of human beings. They are not flies. Don't be mad over their actions. Most probably you would do the same if you were in their shoes. Being black or coming from africa doesn't mean their blood is black. Its red as urs is. Anyways my solution will be put them in the camp and review their cases and send them back with dignity.
33. One question:
(01.08.14)
Would you visit any eating place where Sudanese or Erriterians "work"?
34. Justified?
Mirriam ,   israel   (01.08.14)
Israel is a Jewish nation. Our G-d said that in the Land of Israel, we are not to mistreat or oppress non Jews who live in our land with us. He didn't say, "Unless there are a lot of them and then you can justify whatever you like and be as hateful to them as you please." No, history has shown that the only thing that attitude accomplishes is God kicking us out. I suggest we wise up before it is too late....again.
35. To #30. What are the names of your
(01.08.14)
dirty work places (as you say) where you sell food? Give the names of your seven dirty work places. Tank you.
36. #30
Barry ,   Haifa   (01.08.14)
so take you and your 30 Eritrians and your 7 restaurants and go open a chain in Eritria....
37. To: No. 30
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.08.14)
It goes without saying that you are paying the requisite overtime, payroll taxes and contribute to your employees' retirement funds, too, isn't that so?
38. To # 30, you are a fake!
Dov ben David ,   Eilat, Israel   (01.08.14)
No one can give them only 80 shekels for a whole days work. They get 40-50 shekels an hour for cleaning our appsrtment E s! They should not work at all. They should be sent back! We the Jews must learn to clean our appartments ourselves!!!
39. Let them stay - Avi MIzrachi needs his slave labor
Scott ,   Ramat Gan   (01.08.14)
Cheap business owners like Avi are part of the problem. Of course he wants them to stay. Where else can he find labor that will work for less than NIS 9 /hr, far less than the min. wage? He should be ashamed for taking advantage of the Africans. And if he's having trouble finding Israelis to work, if he offered a decent wage he would find them with no problem.
40. To: No. 38
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.08.14)
So, lead by example. Start cleaning your own apartment.
41. To: No. 29
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.08.14)
According to the United Nations Convention on Refugees, the Africans in Israel are NOT refugees, having crossed more than one border. That is why they are now seeking "asylum," rather than designation as "refugees." They do not belong in Israel. They are the United Nations' problem, and there are quite a few well-funded agencies of the United Nations who are tasked with solving the problem of "refugees" and "asylum seekers." In theory, desperate people seeking asylum would be glad to find a permanent home anywhere. The illegal African community in Israel argue that Israel must provide them that refuge. That Cameroon, or Chad, or Kenya or Nigeria are not good enough. That is simply nonsense.
42. The government is to blame
Dov ben David ,   Eilat, Israel   (01.08.14)
The refugees should be treated as such. They should not work. But be given food and shelter to cover elementery needs. Anyone like the fake #30 should be fined a 100.000 shekel if they use the refugees for working purpos! Then they would understand that its better to go elsewhere
43. re-34
harvey gefen ,   toronto can.   (01.09.14)
miriam is 100%right. are we not children of one g-d?.are they not entitled to the same treatment we would want for ourselves in the same circumstances.our claim to the land is only by g-d who dictated it is conditional on our acting justly and mercifully to the stranger.
