Expect nothing from the UN and you will not be disappointed. UNESCO is useless, the UN is run by the Arabs and their supporters and they hate Jews.

First and foremost, UNESCO is absolutely wrong to give in to Arab pressure, and it's disgraceful to pull the exhibition. At the same time, Israel and the US were wrong to withdraw from UNESCO. If you're not part of the club, you don't have a say. Even more important, what message does it send? We demand (rightly) that Israel be recognized as a Jewish state. But what do we do if someone recognize the Palestinians? We boycott them. Not the right way to go, as it opens us up to criticism for double standards.

So the Arab League wishes to rewrite three and a half millennia of recorded history because the peace talks would be compromised should any truth seep in and corrupt this ridiculous dog and pony show. I no longer think it would be over the top for Israel to leave the Arab centric UN and focus on a series of direct relations with a few critical countries. The E in UNESCO stands for Educational & the C for Cultural. To show the connection of a people to a land has to do with education and culture. The organization refuses to meet its self-imposed targets, for fear of the Arab states that deny the historical facts. The UNESCO deprived of its raison d'être.
