The United States Embassy in Tel Aviv is United States soil. Israel does not have the death penalty for terrorism. The United States does, and capital punishment is in order even when plans are thwarted. Israel should extradite these three terrorists to the United States. At the very least, it will be three fewer potential releasees from prison in those ridiculous mass releases that the United States shoves down Israel's throat, even though I doubt that any American president would be caught dead pushing for the release of terrorists who plot against the United States. I like your idea, and in a healthy U.S. administration, action would be taken against them. But this is the Hussein administration, the one that didn't give a flying flip about the U.S. embassy, nor its personnel, in Benghazi. So, if these three clowns were extradited to the U.S., they would probably be invited to a celebration in their honour at the White House where Hussein, Eric Holder and John Kerry would fight to take selfies with them and Hitlery Clinton would run around the room screaming, "What difference did it make? They were just planning. They didn't hurt anybody!".
