I am not sure about this. When I was in college, we had a radical left-wing teacher, but he was up front about it and told us he did not need us to agree with him, just to make a good argument either way. That seems fine to me. Perhaps this would be more appropriate in a university setting than high school. Discussion of different viewpoints is important.
