Live & let live don’t scheme 2 get property of others 4 free. Peace deal has no place for anti-Semites and hating war-mongers.
2. Saeb, abu el masayeb Who are you to
(01.26.14)
state that Jews living on their land are settlors, and illegal? Just because you are being used as a tool for the 4th Reich, you get away talking such bollocks. Once Obama out of the White House, you will be sure to see which way the wind blows
3. Judenrein is Immoral
Yechiel HaMashiach ,   Planet Hashem   (01.26.14)
At the same time imagine Gush Etzion of Palestine... all the men would be murdered and the women raped like Hebron 1929. The best solution is no solution. Things should remain as they are forever.
4. This idea is insane
Vlad   (01.26.14)
Can you imagine how "Palestine" will treat its Jewish minority. I would not put the possibility of a Rwanda behind them.

8. Muslims do the same to India.
BUTSeriously ,   Sydney   (01.26.14)
Millions of Muslims stayed in India as citizens - no Hindus can live in Pakistan. West Bank is Israeli land, same as Pakistan is Indian land. Such anti-Israel stunts are fostered by Christian countries at the UN.
9. Jewish citizens of Palestine
avramele   (01.26.14)
Israel can of course decide to give knesset voting rights to expatriates. However it is a complete deal breaker to give Israel legal jurisdiction within a palestinian state or give settlers legal autonomy within the agreed borders of a Palestinian state. Jews who remain would be citizens of Palestine and subject to all laws of that state, including laws governing police, firearm restrictions, taxation, military service, and the rights and obligations of municipalities. Assuming such an agreement, some had suggested that for every Settler who accepts such conditions an equal number of Palestinian refugees individually acceptable to Israel should be allowed return to Israel. Since most settlers would opt not to stay under such conditions the total exchange of citizens would be well under 50,000 if that.
10. smart move;

we aired land swap as a notion, so this will pave way to population moves. Time to introduce the contra for Jews thrown out of Arab Lands and their confiscated lands and property
11. Well said
MK ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (01.26.14)
HOW CAN ANYONE ARGUE THIS: The prime minister believes that in peace, just as Israel has an Arab minority, there is no logical reason why the Palestinian state could not contain a Jewish minority and that Jews living in Judea and Samaria would be given the option to stay," he said. "It should not be accepted a priori that in peace the Palestinian state must be ethnically cleansed,"

Daniel ,   Ny, NY   (01.26.14)
I do not belive that any if the jewish settlers should be removed, However count the number of settlers and allow that number of refugees that driven from their homes back to thier homes, easy simple, No one is uprooted .

16. To: No. 13
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.26.14)
Well, for starters, the "Palestinians" that left in 1947 did so voluntarily. They are not refugees; they are displaced persons; Israel has no legal obligation to do anything for them because they left of their own free will (unlike, I might add, the nearly one million Jews who were forcibly expelled from their homes in Arab and Moslem countries with little more than the clothes on their backs). But why on earth would displaced "Palestinians" not want to live in an independent "Palestinian" state? Is there something wrong with an independent "Palestinian" state? Gosh! There must be! Do you want to know how I know that? I will tell you. Because since the "Palestine" Authority was created and granted autonomy, do you know how many "Palestinians" have left wherever they reside and flocked to the PA in order to help build a thriving state? I will tell you that, too. Not one. NOT A SINGLE ONE. Not even the ones who live right next door in Israel. Now, why do you suppose that is? Can it be that they much prefer living in a democratic country where they enjoy all the rights and privileges of citizenship although not all of the obligations? 'ya think? Daniel, it would be an extremely useful exercise for you to visit Israel. Talk to the Arabs living there. Ask them why they haven't pulled up stakes the way SO many Jews did when the modern State of Israel came into being; you know -- why haven't any "Palestinians" anywhere gone to live in the areas controlled by the "Palestine" Authority? Just be prepared not to be offended when they look at you as if you had three heads.
17. Everyone Missing Bibi's Point
Rube Vogel ,   Jerusalem   (01.26.14)
Bibi is not saying that any Jew should live under PA rule. He is saying that any demand for a Juden-rein PA should come from the PA and conceded for a price and not volunteered for free by us.
18. rabbo is sabotaging peace process
jorge ,   argentina   (01.26.14)
So palestinians that lived less than 4 decades on israeli side of the green line have the right to return for ever and they want a jewish free state? If settlers remain there they will not be israelis but paletinian jews. And there´s no illegality of settlers on conflict lands. Rabbo and palestinians are making all posible efforts to make peace negotiations a failure.
19. But .... but .... but ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.26.14)
"Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that 'In a final resolution, we would not see the presence of a single Israeli - civilian or soldier - on our lands.'" Oh my goodness! That would be apartheid, wouldn't it? GOOD HEAVENS TO MURGATROYD! QUICK, SOMEONE CALL THE UNITED NATIONS! THE DASTARDLY "PALESTINIANS" WISH TO IMPOSE APARTHEID!
20. To: No. 9
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.26.14)
What you are suggesting is not an equivalent by any stretch of the imagination. If Abbas wants a Jew-free "Palestine," we will simply select the equivalent number of Arabs living in Israel, and send them to "Palestine." Whether they wish to go or not is a matter of complete irrelevance. We'll tell them that Ibrahim thinks it is fair.
21. Erekat is a liar
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (01.26.14)
Jewish settlements are not illegal if they are on land which is subject to the Mandate for Palestine, which they all are. It also seems to me that as the PA refuses to accept that Israel is a Jewish state,it's unreasonable to accept that any future state on the west bank should be a totally Arab state.Abbas and his cronies shouldn't expect to have it both ways at the same time.I dare say that they have a double-talk argument to justify their position. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
22. Jews always lived in Palestine
Arabi   (01.26.14)
Jews have always lived in Palestine in peace and harmony with Arabs. It wasnt until 1948 and the Euro-zionists came to occupy and uproot Palestinians from their homes that the conflict began. But a future Palestine should allow Jews to live in it as they are part of Palestinian/Arab culture.
23. Why can't,,,,,,,,
Glenda Sumter ,   Mobile. Ala.   (01.26.14)
Why can't these so-called Jews(no pun) just go back to Europe and let this earth heal, let there be peace somewhere on this planet, especially the holy Land,,, my God, they are not ancestrally from this land the lord knows, they do all this just for the fantasy of being a chosen "righteous" peoples of the book? This biblical narrative is not their narrative, nor their history.
24. 19 shoe is on the other foot see how you like it5
lydia ,   Brisbane   (01.26.14)
The settlements are illegal therefore the settlers are illegal. Apartheid is Israel disfranchising legitimate Palestinian civilians.
25. #20 try a bit of homework
(01.26.14)
1. Some of the 1948 refugees left voluntarily, others did not. Read Benny Morris's 1948 for an authoritative history of the war. Morris is no longer a leftist but he continues to stand by his analysis of the refugee problem. 2. You might want to check Israeli visa policy before claiming the absence of refugee return to the territories. Israel still controls the borders and are not allowing large scale immigration. 3. You are of course silent on Bibi' s notion that Jews can remain since you deny the legitimacy of another partition. 4. You can call me anything you like and still not bring into question my Jewish or zionist credentials. After all the Rambam often signed his name Mussa ibn Maimon. Unfortunately, my lithuanian and polish Jewish roots are impeccable. Respectfully, Avramele
26. 13. Start packing! It's over Red Rover!
lydia ,   Brisbane   (01.26.14)
Palestinian slave labor has been used to build the illegal Israeli state.
27. #24 Legitimate "palestinians" live in the country of their
A ,   Belgium   (01.26.14)
citizenship: Jordan. They are not Israeli, they are not "palestinian" (there was never a "palestine" to be a citizen of or to recieve a passport from), they are Jordanians. The fact that the "palestinians" turn to sh*t every place that they force their foul presense upon, Beirut for example, makes it obvious why Abdullah doesn't want these Jordanian citizens back, and prefers to see them remain in continued conflict with Israel.
28. 21 British Mandate over Palestine ended 1948
lydia ,   Brisbane   (01.26.14)
Israel unilaterally declared its Jewish State on the 14th of May using the frontiers outlined in the Partition Plan as it's sovereign borders.
29. Jews holding foreign nationality are not refugees
lydia ,   Brisbane   (01.26.14)
Palestinians were never mandated on Jews leaving Arab land and Laws governing refuges apply civilians languishing in refuge camps and not citizens of Israel.
30. The west Bank is a DUMBING ground...for..
ALI ,   Villanova -PA   (01.26.14)
NASTY WAR MONGERING Jews from everywhere...If NICE Jews are allowed to come. and help CIVILIZE the Settlers attitude..FOR SURE.. The Palestinians will change their minds..and for sure..PEACE will be easy to work on..... AND..for sure..Please keep the LIKES of SARAH BS..out..
