1. Time to change the desktop systems

Plenty of Israeli desktop comoputers in government, internal revenue and security use outdated Windows systems. It's a matter of time until a larger breach will happen. The goverment must act and learn from the industry to replace these outdated and intrinsically operating systems already, even if Microsoft will stop the goverment bribes.

Just a tiny intrusion.
What is required is a total opening up of all aspects of these secretive organisations and the harm they do.
I refer to Mossad, Shin Bet (sounds like a gambling organisation) and the others.

In the "real world", Linux and MacOS are actually more vulnerable than MS-Windows 7 and 8 (If the Israeli government is using any older version of Windows, shame on them for ignoring clear guidelines from all the security experts). A properly set up Windows 8 system is very secure against most things except for user stupidity.
