1. Another secular with warped brains
KAHANA WAS RIGHT!   (01.31.14)
Are there any secular with brains? Yehuda and Shomron, the residence of "the settlers" is as Jewish as Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and no one will be able to get them out of their Jewish residence. The only one who should be compensated are the Arabs and so should be done for Arabs residing in Jerusalem, Lod, Tel Aviv and other cities in Israel.
2. The proof of Kerry's delusion
Abraham Nachmias ,   Petach Tikva IL   (01.31.14)
What he is saying is: "Sign a paper (so I get credit) and then keep talking" Just that once you agree to concessions, if you go back you are cheating, so this leaves us tied to whatever Obama wants! Kick him out of here!!!
3. this is all very theoratical and largely incomplete
CJK   (01.31.14)
jerusalem, the holy city of david must remain undivided under the sovereigny of israel. gaza and its terror regime must not be united with the territories of the so-called west bank. not a single arab palestinian should be allowed into israel as a descendent of refugees. the palestinian authority has just announced that the shia terror entity must become part of the capitulation process. the shia terror entity has no say in the matter of the arab-israeli conflict under any circumstances. the intolerable pressure by obama on israel and american jews must not result in a loss of sovereignty for the jewish state or in an even greater threat to the jewish state's national security and defence posture.
4. "Compensation" means Jews can go back to Arab lands/Pals
Alan ,   SA   (01.31.14)
can go to Israel... Where does it say "NO RIGHT OF RETURN FOR ARABS"

You may prefer a fascist racist to a secular democrat, Israel is a democracy and it's your choice. Luckily enough, 98% of Israelis understand better.
6. Gen. Allen
CJK   (01.31.14)
gen. allen is undoubtedly a good general. however, israel's security must be determined by israeli generals. israel cannot accept the dictates of foreign leaders. israel must e master of her own destiny.
7. Fabulous
Devorah   (01.31.14)
Just what Israel needs -- Martin Indyk who was on the Board of Directors of George Soros' Israel-hating, BDS-promoting, "palestinian" sympathizing New Israel Fund. Indyk and Kerry are cut from the same cloth. Keep them both out of Israel.
8. framework??
kapriza ,   tsafon   (01.31.14)
This whole proposal sounds like they were all smoking something really good! And he is pompous enough to present it as if it a fact on the ground. Ha!
9. Look at the mess the Americans left in their wake in Iraq &
Cowboy Joe ,   Calgary, Canada   (01.31.14)
Afghanistan!
10. A chance
Beauchard   (01.31.14)
A good and sensible framework that can lead to an equitable compromise between two peoples who lay claim to the same land. Of course Muslim and Jewish zealots will cry foul and do everything to prevent any compromise. Hopefully there are enough sane people left on both sides.
11. To #1 and others

Please, please remember this: "secular" is an adjective, not a noun. You can say "secular people" but not "seculars." That is, if you want to sound reasonable. If you want to sound like you don't know what you're talking about, fine - go right ahead!
