So, according to these news, IAF attacked warehouse and rocket launcher. OK, rocket launchers are mobile and not cannot be discovered before launching. But obviously, IAF knows exact locations of terror warehouses, so why it has to wait that rocket comes from Gaza first? Why don't you attack and destroy them? Why do people in South have to suffer?

if kochavi's estimate is accurate, israel needs 350,000 interceptors (iron dome, arrow, etc. use 2 interceptors per target, "to make sure") in order to defend against incoming rockets. at current costs, that would mean many billions of dollars, or in other words, fix up your bomb shelter, mammale!
