Incorrect, the original Palestinians were Anatolians, who are NOT Greeks, they are closer related to the ancient Trojans, Armenians and Kurds than to Greeks. As to Arabic, most people adopted it in the region who embraced Islam and even some who did not (such as Maronites who as a liturgical language use Syriac), languages change, it does not make modern Palestians unrelated to ancient Palestinians.
