It's too bad public pressure (i.e. media publications) was needed to get the school board to join in filing the complaint. It's a common thing in cases like this in all closed communities (regardless of religion, culture or ethnicity): rather than seeking justice for the victims and preventing any further crimes, people become deaf and blind out of fear of shaming and harming the community. But it is precisely in that latter choice where the real shame and harm lies.

the man has not stood trial let alone convicted. therefore he cannot be extredited.

- Rabbis hugging or more... students in Israel are most of the times protected by their communities: a lot of times - not always - in strict religious communities. - Also abroad: see the cases in Australia,... now in Holland. - If the doctors find a cancer or a beginning of a cancer in a body, then they take away the tumor and try to cure the body. Do, the same with such a people - they're the cancer tumor -, throw them away from the school - the body -, let the justice department do their job. No compassion with them.

Extradite the guy ASAP before he makes more victims. He will get a honest trial. The average prison sentence for this offence lasts 583 days only, by the way. Dutch prisons are much more comfortable than Israeli prisons.
