Israeli police should take lessons from Police departments of New York, Toronto, Miami, Los Angeles. This is a REAL Police. Police officers there are not jokers like israeli "police". They are Power. The fact is that the whole Law Enforcement system in Israel is either incompetent, corrupt or on the take! Proof? Just turn on the TV at 8.00 pm! The police botch up investigations, the Prosecution closes files or does ridiculous plea bargains and the judges are either too lazy or in the pockets of the senior lawyers! And then we have the Commissioner of Police whom the State Comptroller deemed unfit to hold the office. So, Prime Minister, the only people who have to be afraid are the general public who have been brutalized by policemen, who call for help when their lives are in danger and whom the police can' or don't want to protect!

Put them in administrative detention.
