1. Palestinians have to prove that they want peace
E1   (02.16.14)
Israel is where it is because because the attempt to extermine the Jewish people and to destroy Israel The Jewish people and Israel will prevail all threats
2. Half right
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.16.14)
"Abbas also claimed that Palestinian incitement exists, but promised that the younger generation of Palestinians were interested in peace." We know about the incitement. It has always existed. But every indication is that the younger generation of "Palestinians" are even more violent and radical.
3. Ooooh. I am SO (yawn) scared
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.16.14)
"If Kerry's negotiations fail, the (Palestinian Authority) will collapse. Netanyahu will have to take over (the West Bank) and this is going to be very ugly." Sounds like a big old threat to me. That said, if the "Palestine" Authority collapses, of course Israel will take over the West Bank. For good. And its violent terrorist rabble will be repatriated to Jordan. It's about time. They contribute nothing. Let them contribute to Jordan.
4. Palestinians should learn from their ancestor, Moses
Yeoshua F. ,   N.Y   (02.16.14)
The Palestinians who are the true lineal descendants of the ancient Hebrews, should learn from how Moses dealt with the slavery situation of his people in his time. The pharoah was given the choice to let the people go, and every time he refused a punishment came upon him. The punishments gradually got more severe. The Palestinians should make it clear to Israel that every refusal to let the people go will be met with a graver consequence.
5. PA
(02.16.14)
6. Talks failure liberates Judea/Samaria forever.
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.16.14)
When the piece talks fail, Israel liberates precious beloved Judea and Samaria forever!! That is a threat. LOL. It would be the best result.
7. Collapse of PA is the BEST THING for Arabs as well as Israel
Halevi   (02.16.14)
THEN Arabs would get what they deserve AND Israel would have a chance for peace. NEVER happen as long as the PA is in control.
8. Pals blowing hot air because they have nothing to offer.
Sam ,   Canada   (02.16.14)
Palestinian leaders are afraid to make any concessions so they make a lot of threats. What have they ever achieved?
9. Add "PA Collapse" to Boycott,Demog timebomb and intifada
Alan ,   Sa   (02.16.14)
Think of some more Horsemen of the Apocolypse,Mr Kerry and Pal friends
10. There's no legal PA even now
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (02.16.14)
Seeing that there haven't been PA or 'Presidential' elections for years and they're long overdue,it's difficult to see that there is actually a legal PA now. If the PA does collapse,it'll be just a bunch of terrorists in suits 'blitzing' Israel at The Hague and sitting as observers at the UN.Why should they even be allowed into the buildings? THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
11. Jewish "halo" will be gone forever, with full blown boycott
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.16.14)
12. #4 Yeoshua. You are delusional. Get help.
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.16.14)
You pull arguments out of thin air. The concept of "Palestinian" nationhood dates back to 1967; as a ridiculous hostile response to Israel's glorious liberation of Judea and Samaria.
13. Best thing that could happen.
Henry ,   Benoni SA   (02.16.14)
The PA would fall apart. Israel would "control" the uprising. Sanctions would try kick in. The Arabs on the west side of the river would move to the east side of the river , where they came from and peace will prevail. Sanctions will fail as they never work. Not against Iran, Rhodesia, SA, Korea etc.Oh by the way #4 Moses wasn't an Arab as already proved so STOP LYING to your followers.
14. If PA collapses, will leadership go back to Tunisia?
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (02.16.14)
Perhaps Israel's biggest mistake in its history was bringing Arafat and his "Tunisians" back from exile to create and run the PA under the Oslo Accords. Those like Erakat who reportedly hold Jordanian passports can of course go to Jordan where they can join fellow Palestinians. Jihadists can be deported to Gaza. As to his threatened "boycott", who's going to join said boycott? The Arab and Muslim countries who already boycott Israel, of course. But not the US, or the Latin American countries that just gave Israel observer status in the Pacific Alliance. Not Asian countries that are creating more and more joint programs. Not Japan, one of whose companies just bought an Israeli startup for $900 million. Their best shot might be European or South African consumers, but they buy little anyway; most Israeli exports to Europe (which is growing, by the way) is of a non-consumer nature. It's computer chips and software, water technology, security systems, and medical supplies. So yeah, try to boycott that.
15. Sure.
Erez   (02.16.14)
The fakestinian terrorist chief negotiatior wants us to believe that they are ready to give up the golden calf of leeching the international aid they receive by billions and end up in off shore banks? Not in this life.
16. PA will collapse?
Mira ,   Vienna   (02.16.14)
Good news, some liars less then and wecan go on and fight Hamas, at least they are honest!
17. "the Palestinian will call for an economic boycott of Israel
A ,   Belgium   (02.16.14)
Great idea, Saeb! Israel should in return call for an immediate boycott of the "'palestinians", begining with revoking work permits of all "palestinians" working in Israel, Judea and Samaria and immediate dismissal (without compensation) of said "palestinians". Israel should place a boycott on all aid to the "palestinians", including electricity, gas, water, medical assistance, financial assistance, and "palestinian" acceptance to Israeli schools and universities. As Rechevam "Ghandhi" Ze'evi rightfully said, "make their lives miserable and they will leave on their own." The ''palestinians" have made the lives of Israelis miserable for long enough, go for your boycott and pack your bags for a one-way trip across the river.
18. The entire world of Islam has to collapse for humanity sake
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.16.14)
19. The PA will collapse?
Shalom ,   USA   (02.16.14)
If the PA is so weak that a failure of negotiations will lead to its collapse, then what are we doing even negotiating with them? Negotiations and agreements will mean nothing if it collapses. And their collapse is inevitable, and Hamas will easily topple them and start shooting rockets. The nations of the world can be so idiotic.
20. And what do I say?
Israeli 2   (02.16.14)
I merely quote a post '67 song for Eerie cat to listen to: "Yallah Enshallah" let it all hang out....somewhere in Jordan.
21. TO YEOSHUA # 4 !
FO ,   Belgium   (02.16.14)
Dear Yeoshua, you wrote: "The Palestinians should make it clear to Israel that every refusal to let the people go will be met with graver consequences". Right you are, Yeoshua, and I got panicky! I would advise the Israeli government to let, straight away, the people go, straight away direction East, direction Jordan...
22. Parasites
(02.16.14)
Even Moses was Israeli that liberated Israel from slavery in Egypt yet parasitic liars suggesting Moses was Palestinian oh parasites.
23. Now,here's a scenario
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (02.16.14)
In court in The Hague: Judge:Who's bringing these charges? Lawyer:The PA,m'lud. Judge:And who are they? Lawyer:The legal representatives of the Palestinian people,m'lud. Judge:Prove it. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
24. If talks fail, PA will collapse.
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (02.16.14)
Good riddance!
25. UN Haughe Etc
James ,   USA   (02.16.14)
Have to agree with #17. There never were any peace talks. Only I want, I want, I want. Thats all you can say if you have nothing to give in return. When this entire palestinian issue runs its course, and it will either peacefully or with violence, no one will care about the squatters in Isreali lands.
26. #11 when will your trolling halo fade?
(02.16.14)
27. More threats
Hyim ,   USA   (02.16.14)
As a sepahardic ancestor, deposed from Spain in 1492 then forced out of Morroco, it is time for the decendants of Abraham to rally and stop being bullied by threats, violence and intimadation. More than anyone, I sympathise with those wanting to coexist but these are people who have nothing but the vilest intent.. Let it be known, that Israel will not abide by any international law that prohibits settlement on land won after being attacked.
28. I use the "perfect reverse barometer" to always blame Israel
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.16.14)
29. #4, you are soooo right . . .
Darnell Potts ,   Edgewater, NJ   (02.16.14)
Israel definitely should let the Palestinians go -- to their homeland which is presently wrongly named "Jordan". My advice to the Palestinians--Go, Go Now, Go as fast as you Can! Do not let the door hit you on your way out!
30. So if the P.A. Collapses, Will There Suddenly Be
Doug ,   Rochester, USA   (02.17.14)
4 million more Christian and Moslem Israeli citizens? Or will Israel continue their aparthed regime and deny citizenship as the white S. Africans tried to do decades ago and as the Israelis have done to the E. Jerusalem Christians and Moslems for the past several decades? And if Israel chooses an Apartheid regime with continued semi-slavery and serfdom for the 4 million Christians and Moslems, what will be the reaction of the World?
