China will veto any resolution condemning itself or its ally North Korea and Russia will do the same. Russia is responsible for the massacres in Syria in the same way that China is assisting the butcher of North Korea. China's own record of Human Rights violations and brutality, particularly in Tibet and against the Uighur people, are legion but the bigoted world chooses to ignore them and loves buying Chinese made gadgets and toys and bashing Israel. Once again the UN has proved it is just a joke and shut be shut down. With Russia and China having a veto any ally of their can get away with mass murder and even genocide! Comparing the atrocities committed by the lunatic North Korean regime to those of the Nazis is an insult to the 6 Million Jews, Romanies, homosexuals and other "untermenschen" murdered by Hitler, his minions and ordinary Germans. Just like the Nazi atrocities the world will stand by an watch as North Korea, China and Russia continue to persecute and butcher those who do not follow the party line.
