ali khamenei is a political leader, not a religious one - his title of "ayatollah" is honorary. not only is there no actual evidence that he ever issued such a fatwa, but even if he did, iranians wouldn't necessarily accept it, because he is not a religious authority, as evidenced by the fact that he has made almost no other religious rulings. on the other hand, taqqiya, lying to the infidel, is commanded by the koran.

... there were two massive and mysterious explosions outside of Teheran. Bye-bye Iran's venture into the chemical weapons realm. Ethics and morals should not be a problem. The Iranian leadership has neither.
