Where is "free speech." Political correctness gives in to Muslim threats. It is a shame!
2. Who put out that federal order?
Ezra ,   SanDiegoUSA   (03.02.14)
Totally against first amendment rights. The ruling is an example of what happens when you allow a dictator to hijack the power. It was government for the people, by the people, and now it's people serving the government.
3. Obviously the film depicted the TRUTH about Islam, that's why

It's not about freedom of speech. It's about actress-doesn't-want-to-be-dragged-into-political-mud-fight.
5. Court prohibits Google. . .
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (03.02.14)
People should realize that free speech, as it was known in past times, is no longer feasible. The court was right to suppress Google on this film. Moreover, America cannot be governed in the 21st century by the dead hand of an 18th-century document.
6. Prior restraint

Not a good thing. Google should simply edit out the five seconds in which Ms. Garcia appears. Once she's reduced to the cutting room floor, she has no case. Although I do question why she has a case to begin with. Signing a release is common practice in the film world -- surely she signed one, didn't she? Why are the courts caving in to threats by a violent Moslem minority to wreak havoc? At, I might add, the expense of the First Amendment. How many judges on the Ninth Circuit were appointed by Obama? Therein the answer, kids.
