1. Since when does Obama care about sovereignty
Devorah   (03.02.14)
Certainly not as far as Israel is concerned. What about Obama's promise of "flexibility" to Medvedev back in 2012? Obama is, once again, taking orders from George Soros. It was Soros' activists who were protesting in the streets. Soros is only interested in the devaluation of the Ukrainian hryvnia, and it doesn't matter how many die in order for him to make a profit.
2. horrific intelligence failure
CJK   (03.02.14)
the obama regime and its elite media propaganda outlets failed completely to predict putin's moves in the crimea. they fail to understand, even without humit and signal intelligence, that the imperial putin will not give up the crimea to pro-western fascist forces. russia has part of its naval fleet in the crimea and therefore an open acces to the baltic sea and the eastern mediterranean.
3. the reset is a reject
CJK   (03.02.14)
only a total neophyte, an inexperienced ideologicaly blinkered president could possibly fail to understand the kgb thug putin whose sole goal is to defend and preserve russian national security interests to the exclusion of what obama trumpets as "international laws or norms." all of obama's foreign policy and national security decisions thus far have ignored united states national security interests in the name of internationalism. hence, the obama regime has betrayed allies and has courted enemies. obama's dictum that one makes peace with enemies ignores world history. one makes peace with enemies that have been defeated and who have no choice but to make peace. enemies that are still standing and able to fight might make deals at an exorbitant cost to the united states, its national security interests and those of its allies.

8. Hmmmm, this has to do with Russia's
Joe ,   Ohio, USA   (03.02.14)
need to protect Russian citizens from fascists? "The Russian President underlined that there are real threats to the life and health of Russian citizens and compatriots on Ukrainian territory." With untold numbers of Russians living in Israel, Why do they support people sworn to wipe Israel off the map and from history? Naw, this isn't about the safety of Russian's living elsewhere. It has everything to do with Putin's desire to see Imperial Russia regain what it lost. Georgia years ago, Ukraine today the Baltic States tomorrow.
9. It's Unfair
A.C.Guard ,   USA   (03.02.14)
Obama versus Putin is like putting a lightweight against a heavyweight in a boxing ring. You know who will win without even looking or thinking about it.
10. Sending in ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.02.14)
Spetnaz to handle a bunch of incompetent Ukes? Men playing with boys. How challenging. Well, I guess you can take the boy out of the KGB, but you can never quite take the KGB out of the boy. Not that Putin cares. Laughing himself silly right now. He doesn't take Obama seriously. Neither should Netanyahu. Oh, wait! He doesn't. Okay, never mind.
