Israel improves our stuff and shares the improvements with the US. The Israelis have been training our troops in close-quarters combat in that part of the world. Most of the money Israel gets is spent in the US. Israel supplies the US with intelligence that we have no hope of obtaining otherwise. But split knows all this.
