2. It' called a democracy
nadav ,   tlv   (03.10.14)
The ruling government is 100% following the law when legislating these reforms, which EVERYONE knew were a part of the Coalition's platform during the elections (i.e. people voted for them), were due to be implemented. If the Far left, Arab and Haredi parties don't agree, then they can vote against these bills, BUT ultimately it is a majority vote that counts. perdiod.

He is a traitor that committed treason. He is ready to destroy Israel. A man with no principales and no values and no personality. A real idiot.

6. Let's look at how the Far Right behaved
PEM ,   Israel   (03.10.14)
# 2, Nadav. Remember November 1995? The right were in a minority and felt that democracy was not giving them a voice. What did they do? They vilified the pM in poisonous rallies and in the end assassinated the PM. That's democracy, right? In comparison to that benchmark, what the opposition parties chose to do is much more preferable. Funny, how anyone with views left of right wing land grabbers and people who want to annex the West Bank are "far" Left. Hypocrite. I say, if you want to hold a referdum for any land transfers in a peace deal, you must also hold a referendum to annex the West Bank, by that very same token. But all that is by the way. Democracy does not give the majority the right to trample the rights of those who are in the minority. Those rights include the right to representation in parliament. Manipulating the rules of the game while you hold the upper hand in order to ensure your continued control, is abusing the tools of democracy in order to destroy its essence. The same thing happened in Germany in 1933 - and the rest, as they say, is history.
7. Obama takes vacation and opposition will stage boycott!
michael redboun ,   Lisbon - Portugal   (03.10.14)
Obama takes a vacation while the Crimea gets taken oven and Israels opposition parties will be absent from the voting. Does either action make sense?
