Because The Story The Israeli "soldiers" Are Telling Sounds Illogical. There are many instances (and film) of the Israeli military abusing Palestinians trying to go through checkpoints. The more likely scenario is that the the "soldiers" got rough with the judge because he didn't show the proper fear and subservience the "soldiers" demand. If he was shoved then he might have reacted by fighting back. So they shot him...over and over again. Here's the thing. Your military will cover its tracks. The thugs (and that is what they really are) will get away with it like the thousands of times in the past they have gotten away with it. But the bad kharma of your country is building. There is a payday someday. Scores will be settled in full.
