Militarily, Isreal must set up refugee escape camps to the north of gaza for non-combatants. Anyone remaining will be considered military targets to be destroyed along with all infrastructure without mercy. Nothing less than a new government should be allowed to reoccupy this strip of land. In the meantime, Mr Abbas shall scream, but no doubt will take note of his dwindling options.
