Iran does not need to have large stockpiles of 20% provided it keeps on enlarging its stockpile of 5%. Whilst doing so it can continue the charade that it is acting out so well. Meanwhile Heavy water enrichment programme continues , ballistic missiles continue , and other secret facilities continue. It continues the appearance of complying and being positive in negotiations whilst retaining all its core inputs , increased enriched U, increase range ballistic , increased number of centrifuges etc etc etc.

the shia terror entity has retained the essence of its nuclear weapons program, including R&D, experiments with implosion devices, nuclear explosive devices, weaponisation, off site construction of nuclear related parts, retention of heavy water reactor at arak, the underground fordow reactor. the reduction of 20% enriched uranium is a red herring given that with new advanced centrifuges iran can reconstitute and produce weapons grade uranium in a very short period of time.
