No one is less principled and more self interested than a european. As long as it's in their interest to trade with Israel there will be no meaningful boycott. As relations with russia deteriorate, Israeli gas becomes more and more significant. So much of Israel's exports are high tech components and apps of their own products, that make these products competitive in the world market, that it would harm them to forgo these Israeli products. Israel easily could find new markets instead of nokia for example in china or india. Its not going to happen. Their greed exceeds their anti-semitism.
