It's apparent now that the prisoner releases are all the Palestinians are looking to accomplish by extending the negotiations. Should the prisoners be released, there still won't be an agreement and it could get to the United Nations anyway. The international community should be able to see what's happening here. There are friends and family that would like to see prisoners released just like there are friends and family that would like to have their loved ones killed in these terror attacks back too, but that's not possible. Palestinians and Israelis are going to have to decide what is going to be the Law. By Jewish and Islamic accounts, the penalties would have been death (there's a reluctance even typing the word). The prisoner release is not going to make the negotiations work. Israel's best choice is going to be to face the consequences and plead for the understanding to have a presence in the West Bank for security purposes and try to do more than the PA is doing to make better lives for Palestinians and Israelis. A totally sovereign Palestinian "state"/ "country" isn't acceptable given the past comments of people in current leadership positions. There could wind up being total chaos and anarchy with weapons and a terrible threat. People where they are at now need to be taken care of instead of just thinking millions of more people can just come in. How many people can amply be "taken care of"? This is a question every nation is going to have to face and do it.

what is the legal effect of the peace process agreement besides release of prisoners. A paper was signed by PA WH Administration and BB/Israeli cabinet. What do the PA have to deliver if anything during the 9 months to have met process requirements?. Pa have done the a talk the talk and no concessions.
